These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your engagement with the concierge services provided by Opulent Concierge UK. By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use this website or engage our services.

This website is operated by Opulent Mindset Limited, trading as Opulent Concierge UK ("we", "us" or "our").

1. Our Services

Opulent Concierge UK provides personal concierge support to international families visiting or relocating to the United Kingdom. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• London and UK travel concierge, including airport transfers, hotels, restaurants and family activities
• education arrival concierge, including support with English courses, summer schools and private school visits
• property and relocation concierge, including property search support, area orientation and estate agent liaison
• bespoke family support as agreed individually

All services are provided as described in the service description and quotation agreed with you prior to engagement. Opulent Concierge UK acts as a personal coordinator and does not itself provide transport, accommodation, education or regulated property services. Where third-party providers are engaged on your behalf, their own terms and conditions will also apply.

2. Nature of the Service — Important Notice

Our current service is a family concierge and education arrival support service. It is not an official educational guardianship service, legal guardianship service, childcare service or host-family accommodation service.

Where support involves a child under 18, all arrangements must be:

• authorised in writing by the parent or legal guardian
• accepted by the relevant school, course provider or accommodation provider

Official educational guardianship services will be offered separately in future, once all safeguarding, insurance and compliance requirements are fully in place. Any future guardianship services will be subject to separate terms and conditions.

3. Enquiries and Quotations

Submitting an enquiry through our website does not constitute a binding agreement or guarantee of service. We will review your enquiry and confirm whether we are able to assist.

Where we can assist, we will provide a written quotation or service confirmation. Our engagement begins only once you have accepted the quotation and paid any required deposit or advance payment.

Every family's requirements are different. Final pricing and service scope will be confirmed in writing before any engagement begins.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be set out in your individual quotation or service agreement. We reserve the right to require a deposit before commencing work.

Prices quoted are in pounds sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated. Any applicable taxes will be identified in your quotation.

Third-party costs — such as hotel bookings, transfer fees, or other arrangements made on your behalf — will be passed on at cost unless otherwise agreed. We will notify you of any significant third-party costs before committing to them on your behalf.

5. Cancellation and Changes

Cancellation and amendment terms will be set out in your individual service agreement. Please read these carefully before confirming your booking.

Where cancellation charges apply, these reflect costs already incurred or committed on your behalf. Third-party cancellation policies — such as hotel or transfer cancellation terms — are outside our control and will apply separately.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, logos, design and layout, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All intellectual property rights are owned by or licensed to Opulent Mindset Limited.

You may:

• access, view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use only

You must not:

• copy, reproduce, distribute, republish or commercially exploit any material from this website
• modify or alter any content
• remove copyright, trademark or proprietary notices

Where we coordinate services with third-party providers on your behalf — including hotels, transfer companies, schools, course providers and estate agents — we do so as your personal coordinator. We are not a party to the contract between you and any third-party provider and accept no liability for their acts, omissions or service failures.

We do not endorse any third-party provider unless expressly stated. You should satisfy yourself as to the suitability of any third-party provider before confirming arrangements.

This website may include links to third-party websites for convenience. We do not control third-party websites, accept no responsibility for their content, accuracy or policies, and do not endorse external websites unless expressly stated. Accessing third-party websites is at your own risk.
